Requirements
- Must be a Malaysian national or have extensive experience with Malayalee cuisine
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high‑end restaurant or hotel
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Malayalam preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or related field
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
