Lead, Residential & Commercial Units (Qatari)

About the job Lead, Residential & Commercial Units (Qatari)

  • Responsible for leading and overseeing the registration process for all types of units transactions.
  • Oversee the registration department daily operation, managing clients portfolio and update on day-by-day basis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize registration processes, enhance efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, presentations, and actionable recommendations to communicate progress, challenges, and results to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • 7+ years in unit registration, real estate operations or similar experience.
  • Knowledge of improvement methodologies. Lean or Six Sigma are preferred
  • Experience in policy and procedure development, ensuring compliance with company regulations and standards.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Bi-Lingual, Arabic (native), excellent command in English.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and quality assurance principles.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
