Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Maintenance Supervisor with a strong mechanical technical background and expertise in MEP systems. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in supervising maintenance activities, with hands-on knowledge in Irrigation, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical works. Previous work experience in large-scale agricultural farms will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Lead maintenance activities for irrigation systems, pumps, pipelines, and related farm equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime of facilities and equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and inventory.
- Train and guide maintenance staff to improve skills and efficiency.
- Liaise with farm management and other departments to support smooth operations.
