Citadel Real Estate is a growing real estate and property management firm based in Qatar, specializing in luxury leasing, hotel residences, and corporate housing. We partner with top developers, premium landlords, and leading companies to deliver high-value, long-term accommodation solutions. As we expand our corporate and luxury leasing portfolio, we are looking for dynamic and driven agents to join our team.
Position Overview
As a Leasing agent, you will be responsible for securing and maintaining long-term (annual or multi-year) contracts across our hotel and luxury property portfolio. Your primary goal will be to achieve and sustain 90%+ long term occupancy in our hotel residences and luxury apartments by developing strong corporate partnerships, acquiring premium listings, and effectively closing deals.
You will work with a combination of company-provided leads and self-sourced leads , and your performance will be measured through structured monthly and quarterly KPIs . Citadel Real Estate will provide full initial training (if required) and continuous professional support to help you excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Attain and maintain 90%+ long term occupancy in assigned hotel and luxury property portfolios.
- Source, negotiate, and close long-term leasing contracts (12+ months) with individual clients and corporates.
- Focus exclusively on sourcing luxury properties —high-end hotel apartments, villas, and premium developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR departments, relocation teams, and multinational companies for corporate housing deals.
- Manage both self-generated and company-provided leads , ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion.
- Present Citadel’s luxury offerings to developers and private landlords to onboard exclusive listings.
- Conduct property tours, prepare proposals, and handle all negotiations and contract documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align on corporate leasing campaigns and market strategies.
- Track and report progress against assigned KPIs using CRM and internal reporting systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your performance will be measured against the following indicators :
Occupancy Rate : Maintain a minimum of 90% occupancy across assigned properties.Contract Volume : Secure a set number of new annual leasing contracts with luxury property owners and corporate clients monthly / quarterly.Lead Conversion Rate : Achieve a strong ratio of leads converted into signed contracts (both self-sourced and provided).Corporate Partnerships : Build a minimum number of new corporate accounts each quarter.Property Acquisition : Onboard new luxury landlords or developers into the Citadel portfolio.Average Time to Close : Maintain efficient turnaround time from lead generation to deal closure.Renewal Rate : Ensure a high percentage of contract renewals and client retention.Revenue Target : Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and commission benchmarks.Client Satisfaction : Achieve strong feedback and maintain long-term relationships with tenants and landlords.Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate leasing, hospitality sales, or corporate housing (luxury segment preferred).Proven track record in achieving or exceeding leasing or occupancy targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Ability to build and manage corporate relationships and luxury property partnerships.Valid Qatar driving license and access to a car (mandatory).Strong market awareness, self-motivation, and professional presentation.Familiarity with CRM tools, real estate portals, and performance reporting systems.Basic salary + attractive commission structure + performance-based incentives .Initial training and ongoing professional development.Access to exclusive luxury property listings and strong company marketing support.Opportunity to work directly with high-end landlords, developers, and multinational corporate clients.Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Seniority level
