Introduction
The Business Systems Analyst will assist in managing and enhancing ICV systems from a business perspective i.e. Tawteen Portal, ensuring regular updates, data analysis, and the implementation of new functionalities.
The Business Systems Analyst will have the authority to approve operational documents, prioritize updates, and make decisions on portal functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
He will recommend initiatives to support ICV ideation.
Major decisions impacting security protocols and budgets will require consultation with the Head of ICV Portal and Company IT department.
The Business Systems Analyst operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, playing a pivotal role in the continued success of the ICV Portal.
This position requires constant collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including Energy Sector entities and government bodies, to ensure the portal operates smoothly and aligns with business objectives.
A key feature of the role is staying at the forefront of innovative technologies to enhance user experience, streamline operations, and improve overall portal functionality.
Additionally, The ICV Portal Analyst must ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities while mitigating risks and ensuring continuous compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the ICV Portal, ensuring the timely and accurate updating of key business functions.
- Develop KPI portal dashboards to ensure data is presented and analysis tools are provided for the valuable insights of ICV teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to implement new business requirements, enhancements, or modifications to the ICV program.
- Address and resolve business related Tier 2 queries from the service desk and authorities related to, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution to maintain smooth portal operations and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage daily communication with internal teams, Energy Sector entities, and government bodies (e.g., Ministry of Finance), to assist with troubleshooting API integration issues from a business perspective and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
- Manage vendor contracts and assess contractor performance from a business perspective to ensure adherence to agreed-upon requirements, reduce operational risk, and support compliant delivery of services.
Essential skills and knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Communication Technology, Engineering Business Administration, or a related field.3 years of experience in digital operations management or a related role. Bilingual Arabic, English speaker preferred.PL-200 : Microsoft Power Platform Functional ConsultantFamiliarity with portal management systems and tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding of security protocols and compliance standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high ability to learn, basic programming languages (JavaScript, C#).Possess a keen eye for detail and a strong adaptability to changing technologies.Effective communication and comprehension skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams, while problem-solving abilities help tackle challenges proactively.A results-driven mindset and being user-centric allows them to enhance the digital experience, aligning with the visionary goals set by leadership.What we offer
