Floor Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha Qatar. As a Floor Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations maintaining high-quality standards and leading a team of staff members to deliver exceptional service.

• Oversee daily floor operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Supervise train and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness safety and quality standards are met
• Manage staff schedules assign tasks and coordinate workflow to optimize efficiency
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance overall customer experience
• Implement and maintain safety protocols ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on daily operations staff performance and any incidents
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and innovation

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role preferably in hospitality retail or a related field
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to make quick decisions under pressure
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
• Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering outstanding service
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems
• Knowledge of industry-related safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move around the facility
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a multinational or diverse work environment
• Relevant industry certifications or training
