We are currently looking for a bright, energetic Team Leader – Front Office to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering the brand promise through smooth and efficient running of Reception, Guest Services and Concierge and assisting the Front Office operations in general. This highly visible role offers opportunities for casual conversations and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience, with a focus on delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience through prompt and efficient handling of guest queries. Responsibilities

Deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience through the smooth operation of Reception, Guest Services and Concierge. Assist Front Office operations in general to support efficient service delivery. Provide prompt and efficient responses to guest queries to create a stress-free stay. Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect with and care for guests. International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments. Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow, setting an exceptional leadership example. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent written and spoken English. What we are offering
