IT Company looking for a Senior System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our clients hardware and networks.

You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary customers and users.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve problems quickly
• Communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary customers and users
• Manage backup system, servers (including Exchange Server) and their operating systems
• Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports
• Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs
• Manage and / or provide guidance to junior members of the team
• Perform system backups and recovery
• Maintain Sophos Firewall and Kaspersky endpoint solutions
• Maintain knowledge of various operating systems and platforms
• Support good knowledge of Office applications
• Demonstrate good problem-solving and communication skills
