About you :

5+ years of battle-tested full-stack development experience

Productivity junkie (80+ wpm typing speed, Vim motions, etc.)

You can’t imagine yourself technically stagnating – learning new technologies isn't a task, it's your lifestyle

You read and watch coding stuff for fun

Technical excellence we're looking for :

Mastery of statically typed languages across the stack

Front‑end : TypeScript with deep React.js expertise

Special focus : 3+ years of Go experience in production environments

Advanced command of Redux and modern front‑end architectures (state management, performance optimization, scalable component design)

Expert‑level understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, and distributed systems

Strong computer science fundamentals with practical application in large‑scale systems

Core requirements : University degree

Excellent English communication skills – you can explain complex architectural decisions to both CTOs and junior developers
