Kids Club Attendant – Accor
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children visiting our facility. Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and lead Kids Club programs and activities
- Ensure all activities are performed according to the resort's programs and policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized Kids Club area
- Supervise children during games and fun activities, ensuring their safety at all times
- Develop and implement age‑appropriate, creative, and educational activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children from diverse backgrounds
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children's experiences
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute special events and themed activities
- Report any issues, injuries, or accidents to the Kids Club Supervisor immediately
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment for Kids Club activities
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury resort or hospitality settingProficiency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages is a plusProven experience in childcare and organizing children's activitiesCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationStrong understanding of child development and age‑appropriate activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and educational programsPatient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach to working with childrenFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysPhysical stamina to stand, walk, and actively participate in activities for extended periodsStrong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse backgroundsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentOutgoing personality with a customer‑focused attitudeThorough knowledge of child safety protocols and emergency proceduresAbility to handle emergencies calmly and efficientlyBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, or related field preferred (not required)Our Commitment To Diversity & Inclusion
