Senior Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Builds positive working relationships with external parties such as the customer, suppliers, and contractors.
• Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.
• Ability to identify and achieve the optimal technical and commercial position within the job context
• Monitor design activities, interdisciplinary data flow and communications.
• Responsible for design basis, design scopes and subsequent performance
• Manage, technical evaluations, risks identification, mitigation & control, project deliverables review, scope control & managing project variations, recovery planning, construction, commissioning, & project handover.
• Prepare Project Scope Statement.
• Design reviews and technical review meetings are scheduled, well documented and actions closed out.
• Client approvals are achieved without delay or rework.
• Consistently achieve above average client satisfaction rating for technical delivery.
• Management of disciplines to achieve scope completion at or below budget.
• Prompt claims identification, quantification and justification provided to project manager.
