Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with an engineering background to oversee the infinity roof top project. The ideal candidate will manage the entire fit-out scope including faade glazing HVAC MEP design and fire life safety systems ensuring high-quality delivery within a strict 4‑month timeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.

Review the drawings

Coordinate all construction activities including :

Fit‑out works

Faade and glass cladding with retractable window systems

Installation lighting and sound systems

HVAC and MEP systems design and implementation

Fire and life safety systems

Liaise closely with client contractors consultants designers and suppliers to ensure timely progress and resolution of technical issues.

Conduct and lead regular site meetings and technical reviews.

Ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and local authority requirements.

Track project milestones and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.

Prepare and submit daily progress reports and updates for management and stakeholders.

Monitor procurement schedules and verify on‑site deliveries against program needs.

Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with specific experience in restaurant or hospitality fit‑out projects.

Strong knowledge of fit‑out works faade systems HVAC MEP and fire safety.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proactive approach.

Hands‑on experience working with consultants authorities and contractors in Qatar (preferably in Msheireb or similar high‑profile developments).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in relevant softwares.
