Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, a souq encompassing 11,000 sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and aims to showcase Qatar as a premier tourism destination. One of the biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction and the Rig 1938, the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Graphic Designer This position is responsible for creating visually appealing content that enhances the property's brand image and promotes its services. The role involves designing marketing materials, digital content, and other visual assets to support the hotel's marketing and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

Create engaging designs for brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and other marketing materials that align with the property's branding and marketing goals.

Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives to produce effective design solutions.

Design visually appealing content for the property's website, e‑mail campaigns, and social media platforms.

Capture high‑quality images of the property's facilities, events, and amenities; edit and retouch photos to meet standards.

Ensure all design work adheres to the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel across all platforms.

Prepare design files for print production, ensuring high‑quality output and liaising with print vendors as needed.

Regularly update and maintain a library of visual assets, including photos, icons, and templates.

Keep up‑to‑date with design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into the visual content.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Minimum of 2–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Sketch or Figma is a plus.

Strong creative skills with the ability to develop unique and compelling visual concepts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and designs.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Proficiency in photography and photo editing is a plus.

Understanding of the hospitality industry strategies is preferred.
