About the role :

Our dedicated staff provide efficient, caring service to create seamless, signature experiences that make guests’ stays stress-free and successful.

As a Laundry Valet, you will provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service aligned with hotel policies to maximize guest satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting laundry and dry cleaning bags from guest rooms and delivering items back to them.

Qualifications

What we are looking for :

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrating care and the ability to connect with guests
• International experience in luxury hotel brands, showing adaptability to diverse cultures and environments
• Desire to learn continuously and grow professionally
• Ability to work under pressure and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects
• Good command of English
