PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

The position holder will partner with clients across the payments ecosystem, including banks, fintech's, and merchants, to deliver advisory and implementation projects, leveraging deep payments expertise to support innovation and execution. As a manager level Consultant, you will lead and support commercial banking engagements across Qatar and Kuwait. The role includes managing consulting projects, providing PMO oversight for strategic initiatives across financial institutions, and ensuring effective implementation in close collaboration with these partners.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

• Lead consulting engagements focused on commercial banking and B2B client segments, addressing strategic challenges and delivering actionable solutions
• Manage complete project lifecycles, including scoping, planning, execution, and follow-up
• Oversee PMO functions such as timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination, and status reporting to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Support implementation of commercial initiatives including product development, sales enablement programs, and campaign execution
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring project alignment, issue resolution, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and practice areas (Product, Marketing, Risk, etc.) to deliver integrated consulting solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with mid- to senior-level stakeholders in client commercial banking teams.
