Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Manager to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our organization you will be responsible for overseeing a largescale construction project from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects including planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation

Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met

Oversee and coordinate the activities of multiple construction teams and subcontractors

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain quality control

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues

Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients

Manage contract negotiations and change orders with vendors and subcontractors

Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations in Qatar

Implement and maintain effective communication channels among all project stakeholders

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field

Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management

Professional Engineering License or equivalent certification

Proven track record of successfully managing largescale construction projects preferably in the Middle East

Indepth knowledge of construction methodologies building codes and safety regulations

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams

Proficiency in project management software and technical writing

Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Willingness to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
