Application Analyst (Power Platform & AI Focus)

We are seeking a proactive and skilled

Application Analyst

to drive digital transformation through the development using AI tools, integration, and support of key enterprise applications. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in the

Microsoft Power Platform AI Tools like Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse . This role is highly focused on leveraging low-code / no-code tools and modern AI applications to enhance business processes across our diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities Application Development & Analysis

Design, develop, and deploy business applications using

Power Apps

and automate complex workflows using

Power Automate .

Develop robust, interactive reports and dashboards using

Power BI

to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.

Collaborate with business users and vendors to translate operational requirements into technical specifications and application designs.

Provide support and perform minor technical configurations within the Microsoft

D365 F&O

environment, demonstrating a working knowledge of its core modules (Finance, SCM, etc.).

AI & Integration

Actively research, prototype, and implement

AI applications

using tools like

Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT , and other relevant AI services to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.

Develop and manage seamless

API integrations

between core business systems like D365 F&O and external services, adhering to data security best practices.

Utilize knowledge of major

Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

principles to support deployment and integration architecture.

System Support & Data

Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for application and integration issues across the enterprise system landscape.

Utilize

basic SQL knowledge

to query data for analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting purposes.

Ensure that application designs and implementations align with organizational security policies and governance standards.

Project Coordination & Oversight

Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external development teams.

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple platforms (mobile, AI, ERP, web).

Monitor progress and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.

Project Implementation

Support IT implementation projects, upgrades, and migrations.

Manage vendor coordination, SLA compliance, and stakeholder communications.

Analyze business requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer to support teams.
