Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Human Resources Officer at a 5‑star hotel in Qatar. The Human Resources Officer will manage HR policies, support employee relations, develop job descriptions, and oversee various HR management tasks. Daily responsibilities include maintaining employee records, handling recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with the organization’s HR policies.
Qualifications
HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
Hospitality background and experience in the hotel field
Experience developing and implementing HR policies
Skills in employee relations and job description development
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
