A Housekeeping Attendant will support all Housekeeping and Laundry with guest requests, analyzing each request and delegating between the team members, so that work can be done efficiently and in a timely manner, ensuring an exceptional experience for our Guests.

What will I be doing?

As Housekeeping Attendant, you will support all Housekeeping and Laundry areas. Specifically, a Housekeeping Attendant will perform the following tasks to the highest standards :

• Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, as identified by the hotel brand standards
• Check daily guest information in CRM and ensure that preferences and requests are met on time
• Cover (a) Laundry Attendant duties in case of holidays, days off or absences
• Clean guestrooms mid-stay and after departure
• Make beds following brand standards and training provided
• Replace dirty linens and towels
• Restock guestroom amenities such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and room amenities
• Remove garbage, recycling, and room service trays
• Organize and stock housekeeping carts
• Notify the maintenance department about broken appliances or damage
• Uphold the hotel’s confidentiality and security standards
• Respect “do not disturb” signs and the guest’s privacy
• Achieve the departmental goals
