Manage inventory of medical supplies and oversee inventory planning and stock control to ensure material availability. Coordinate logistics operations, ensure compliance with temperature standards where applicable, manage teams, and liaise with stakeholders for efficient delivery. Provide sales administration, logistics coordination, and customer relationship management with strong communication and organizational skills. Oversee landside operations to improve transportation efficiency and customer satisfaction, including managing logistics processes and stakeholder relations. Utilize inventory management systems (e.g., Oracle EBS) to control and report on inventory levels and performance. Build and maintain relationships with third-party logistics partners, conduct audits, and gather data while ensuring compliance. Develop and implement logistics strategies, manage transportation and warehousing, and lead logistics teams with strong leadership. Coordinate and schedule vessels for offshore operations, requiring planning and analytical skills and a Bachelor's Degree. Prepare competitive freight quotations and provide customer support in a fast-paced logistics environment. Manage material purchase orders and ensure procurement supports logistics efficiency and regulatory compliance, with consideration for sustainable practices. Establish supply channels and liaise with military personnel; knowledge of USAF protocols and security clearance may be required. Operate heavy vehicles and perform inspections while adhering to safety standards (requires valid driving license and familiarity with local regulations). Oversee equipment movement and maintain inventory accuracy across multiple locations. Coordinate international moves, maintain high quality standards, and provide sales management and reporting. Qualifications
Sales experience in logistics and strong communication skills; degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., Oracle EBS). Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Proven leadership and team management capabilities. 7–15 years of relevant experience; location context (e.g., Qatar) may apply depending on the posting.
