Overview
A luxury household in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar is seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of their residence. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all household staff, including butlers, chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, and drivers.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operation of the household.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Oversee all aspects of housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance of the residence.
- Manage household budgets and expenses, including purchasing supplies and groceries.
- Plan and execute special events or parties hosted at the residence.
- Ensure the security of the residence at all times.
