Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring for a reputable healthcare client in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome, register, and guide patients in a courteous and efficient manner
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient bookings
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and patient follow-ups
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff for smooth patient flow
• Verify patient information, documentation, and insurance details
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate data entry in the clinic system
• Support administrative tasks and front-desk operations
• Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist / Front Desk in a clinic or hospital
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in appointment systems and medical administrative processes
• Presentable, organized, and able to handle fast-paced environments
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
• Candidates already in Qatar with transferable visa
