Recruiter

This is a temporary on-site role for a Recruiter construction industry experience, located in Doha, Qatar. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role involves collaborating with the HR team to understand hiring needs, maintaining recruitment databases, and implementing effective hiring strategies tailored to the construction industry and its hiring practices. Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and interviewing Familiarity with construction industry roles specificall Oil & Gas requirements Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases Available immediately and ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in Talent Acquistion Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Qatar Ability to work independently and as part of a team Seniority level
