Chemical Engineer

Overview

Junior Chemical Engineer. We are currently seeking a Junior Chemical Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As a Junior Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and equipment. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities

Assist in conducting experiments and analyzing data to improve existing chemical processes

Collaborate with senior engineers to design new chemical processes and equipment

Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control

Conduct research on new materials and technologies to enhance production processes

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all experiments, procedures, and results

Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Biometric passport is required for international travel

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Previous experience in a chemical engineering role

Knowledge of process simulation software (e.g. ASPEN)

Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. MATLAB)
