House Manager - Part Time (Urgent)

Our company in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar is seeking a highly organized and responsible House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's residence. As a part-time position, this role offers flexibility and is ideal for individuals who may have other commitments. This is a great opportunity for Africans and Egyptians looking for work in Qatar, as English language skills are not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all household staff, including cleaners, cooks, gardeners, and drivers
• Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure the smooth running of the household
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of the residence
• Plan and coordinate events and social gatherings hosted at the residence
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and groceries
• Handle household finances, including budgeting and bill payments
• Coordinate travel arrangements for the family
• Communicate effectively with the family to understand their needs and preferences
