Responsibilities
- To participate in the preparation, review & approval of administrative budgets for division & foreign offices, in addition to monitoring the implementation of project budget plans & linking budgets with actual spending.
- To review accounting entries related to financial operations of Relief & International Development Division & affiliate foreign offices.
- To review & supervise the preparation & issuance of financial reports, budget reports, regular reports, transparency & compliance reports.
- To review & process project payments by ensuring completion of supporting documents & dueness of transferred payments for each project by reviewing implementation rates documented in project report from foreign offices against approved budget & implementation agreement, to ensure conformity to payment conditions & availability of sufficient budget funds to make remittances, in coordination with project managers at HQ.
- To monitor accounts of receivables from funding agreements concluded by the division & analyze these accounts by country & project type.
- To supervise listing & description of financial entries of Relief & International Development Division.
- To review & approve financial payments for foreign projects.
- To monitor completion of financial remittances with relevant units & issuance of remittance reports.
- To perform any other tasks assigned by direct manager within the scope of job responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.CMA or CPA certification or equivalent.Requirements
Good knowledge of accounting systems applicable in the market.Good knowledge of IFRS.Familiarity with data analysis & reporting mechanisms.Good command of Arabic, with English preferable.Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.Seniority level
