Administrative Manager
Our company is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing administrative tasks and personnel, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including managing paperwork, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Supervise and train administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Manage budgeting, expense tracking, and purchasing for the office
- Serve as a liaison between management and staff to facilitate communication and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Conduct performance evaluations for administrative staff
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience in an administrative management roleExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionExperience managing budgets and expensesKnowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, etc.Egyptian nationality preferredSalary : 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
