المهام و المسؤوليات

  • المراجعة الدورية لنظام الرواتب والمزايا لموظفي الهلال وفقاً لمعدلات الرواتب في السوق.
  • ادخال وتحديث بيانات الموظفين المتعلقة بالرواتب ( البدلات ، الخصومات، الاجازات ، ساعات العمل الاضافي ، الغيابات ....الخ ) .
  • إعداد وتجهيز كشوفات الرواتب الشهرية والتأكد من دقتها ومراجعتها قبل اعتمادها.
  • تنفيذ اجراءات استحقاقات الموظفين مثل صرف العلاوات الدورية والمكافآت والحوافز.
  • تتبع معدلات الساعات والأجور ومعدلات المستحقات والبيانات الجديدة المتعلقة بالمستحقات.
  • التنسيق مع قسم شؤون الموظفين لتحديث البيانات المتعلقة بالتعيينات، وإنهاء الخدمات، والترقيات، والزيادات السنوية.
  • اعداد و حساب وتسوية نهاية الخدمة والمستحقات النهائية للموظفين المغادرين.
  • ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة العمل والضمان الاجتماعي والتأمينات (أو الجهات الرسمية ذات الصلة).
  • حساب وتسوية نهاية الخدمة والمستحقات النهائية للموظفين المغادرين.
  • إعداد وتنفيذ أوامر الدفع من خلال النظام الإلكتروني أو شيكات الرواتب.
  • إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالرواتب والتكاليف والمكافآت والضرائب.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية
  • مؤهل جامعي في مجال ذو علاقة بالوظيفة.
  • شهادة مهنية أو دورات تدريبية في الموارد البشرية أو ما يعادلها (PHR, SPHR, CIPD).
  • الاطلاع على قانون العمل القطري والاجراءات والانظمة الحكومية المنظمة للقوى العاملة بالدولة.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية .
  • إجادة استخدام حزمة برامج الحاسب الآلي (ميكروسوفت أوفيس).
