About The Role We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter – Oil & Gas with solid experience in the GCC market to join our growing HR team. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, supporting key oil & gas projects across the region. Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for upstream, downstream & support roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce and project requirements.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent databases.
Conduct screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Maintain accurate data in the ATS and generate hiring reports.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future project needs.
Ensure compliance with GCC labor laws and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3–4 years of recruitment experience in the Oil & Gas sector (GCC region).
Familiar with technical roles (drilling, production, HSE, engineering, maintenance, etc.).
Experience managing project-based and bulk recruitment drives.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Strong command of ATS and recruitment platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in EPC / onshore / offshore recruitment.
CIPD, SHRM, or HR certification is an added advantage.
