The Role : Chief Customer Attractor We are seeking a highly energetic, naturally charismatic, and sales-driven leader to manage our daily operations and spearhead our customer experience strategy. This is a hands‑on role where you won't just manage; you will actively build relationships, convert first‑time visitors into regulars, and ensure our café is the most talked‑about spot in the area. Your primary KPI is increased customer traffic and sales growth through exceptional service and personal charm.
Key Responsibilities : 1. Sales & Customer Engagement (The Charisma Driver) :
Front‑Line Sales Leadership :
Personally engage with customers, offering genuine recommendations, sharing the story behind our healthy products, and inspiring excitement around our menu.
Relationship Building :
Develop and maintain relationships with loyal customers, knowing their names and preferences to create a true sense of belonging and community.
Customer Retention :
Design and implement loyalty initiatives, feedback loops, and personal follow‑ups to maximize repeat business.
New Business Development :
Proactively identify and secure small local partnerships (e.g., corporate office catering, local gym collaborations) to drive bulk / outside sales.
2. Operations & Team Management (The Back‑end Support) :
Daily Operations :
Oversee all café procedures, ensuring efficiency, product consistency, and the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Staff Coaching :
Lead, train, and mentor the café team (Baristas, Servers), coaching them not just on technical skills but on
charismatic customer interaction
and sales techniques.
Inventory & Cost Control :
Manage ordering, stock levels, and minimize waste to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
Scheduling :
Create and manage weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while controlling labor costs.
3. Marketing & Brand Advocacy :
Ambiance Manager :
Ensure the café environment is consistently welcoming, clean, and perfectly aligned with our healthy, energetic brand aesthetic.
Social Media Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing team (or directly handle content) by showcasing the café's atmosphere, happy customers, and new products through engaging, personality‑driven content.
Event Planning :
Coordinate and host small, community‑focused events (e.g., healthy cooking demos, tasting nights) to drive traffic and community engagement.
