Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or Figma Knowledge of HTML / CSS and experience with prototyping tools Ability to work independently and within a team environment Responsibilities

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design Perks
