الوصف الوظيفيPlan schedule and coordinate preventive predictive and corrective maintenance activities Develop and manage maintenance work orders using a CMMS ensuring accurate tracking prioritization and closure Analyze maintenance data to generate reports KPIs and performance dashboards Prepare maintenance schedules weekly and monthly plans and resource forecasts Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis reporting and maintenance performance tracking Coordinate with maintenance operations and engineering teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks Monitor equipment history maintenance trends and failure data to support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate maintenance records documentation and reports Support inventory and spare parts management by identifying material requirements and coordinating availability Ensure maintenance planning aligns with safety quality and operational standards Work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial or Computer Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar maintenance role
- Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis pivot tables formulas reporting)
- Strong experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order planning scheduling tracking and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Outlook PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze maintenance data and generate accurate reports and KPIs
- Strong planning scheduling and organizational skills
- Good understanding of preventive predictive and corrective maintenance practices preferred with maintenance experience
- Strong English written and speaking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of inventory and spare parts management is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
