Manager Performance Management

The Performance Management Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's performance management framework. This role ensures that performance processes support strategic objectives, foster employee development, and drive a high-performance culture. The manager partners closely with HR, business leaders, and senior management to embed effective goal setting, feedback, evaluation, and talent development practices across the company.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance management strategy aligned with
• organizational goals.
• Lead the design, enhancement, and execution of performance management programs (e.g., goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, 360 feedback).
• Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and standards across departments.
