The Performance Management Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organization's performance management framework. This role ensures that performance processes support strategic objectives, foster employee development, and drive a high-performance culture. The manager partners closely with HR, business leaders, and senior management to embed effective goal setting, feedback, evaluation, and talent development practices across the company.
Performance Strategy & Framework
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive performance management strategy aligned with
- organizational goals.
- Lead the design, enhancement, and execution of performance management programs (e.g., goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, 360 feedback).
- Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and standards across departments.
Process Management
Manage the full performance cycle, ensuring timely communication, training, and compliance.Streamline and optimize processes and tools (including performance management systems).Monitor the effectiveness of performance practices and recommend improvements.Training & Support
Train managers and employees on performance expectations, feedback techniques, and goal-setting best practices.Support leaders in identifying performance gaps and creating development plans.Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Prepare regular reports for senior leadership regarding talent performance and outcomes.Use data insights to guide workforce planning, promotions, and succession decisions.Employee Development & Coaching
Provide guidance to leaders in addressing performance challenges and facilitatingimprovement plans.Partner with Learning & Development to align training programs with performance needs.Stakeholder Collaboration
