الوصف الوظيفيEngineering Degree or equivalent diploma NEBOSH certification (or equivalent) Minimum 25 years HSE management experience, with : Advanced understanding of HSE regulatory frameworks Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities Excellent English communication and report writing skills Proficient in MS Office applications Experience in environmental assessments and project risk management Professional engineering or HSE association membership Work experience in Arabian Gulf Countries Proven success in multicultural project environments
My client are seeking an exceptional QHSE Leader for a critical engineering project in the Middle East. This is a unique opportunity focussing on Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) Train.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage comprehensive Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality Management for a large-scale NGL (Natural Gas Liquids) project
- Lead implementation of robust HSE and Quality management systems
- Ensure full compliance with national and international regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain critical HSE documentation and procedures
- Conduct thorough incident investigations and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor QHSE team and promote safety culture across multi-cultural project teams
Qualifications :
– At least 10 years in senior HSE roles
– Extensive experience in NGL, Infrastructure, or Oil & Gas projects
– Proven track record with IOC / NOC Companies or EPIC Contractors
