Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers professionally, identifying needs and providing tailored beauty solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, Haircare / skincare applications, and educate customers on usage.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve set targets.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and represent the brand image consistently.
  • Support merchandising and ensure displays align with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, and maintain counter / tester hygiene.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-up and CRM tools.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism, escalating when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (preferred).
  • Strong passion for beauty, cosmetics, and skincare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, sales-oriented mindset.
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance.
  • Flexible availability (shifts, weekends, holidays).
