Job Scope

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish sales targets, develop forecasts, and adapt sales strategies to align with budgetary goals.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and foster new partnerships that drive sales growth.
• Cultivate and maintain robust business relationships with existing clients through regular visits, updates, and proactive engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Vendor Account Managers throughout the sales cycle to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Visit clients to assess product / service requirements, manage order updates, and oversee timely deliveries while addressing any outstanding issues.
• Address customer complaints by making well‑informed decisions and reporting follow‑up actions as necessary.
• Negotiate and finalize pricing and payment terms within approved parameters, providing transparent reporting on completed deals.
• Keep clients informed about product / service changes, new offerings, and updates.
• Maintain and update client accounts and databases regularly.
• Conduct regular market visits, analyze competitors, and prepare recommendations to boost sales and strengthen market positioning.
• Coordinate with relevant departments for the introduction of new products / services into the market and stay informed about industry modifications and trends.

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.

Experience

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
