Our upscale restaurant in Ar-Ruwais, Kenya is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented waiter / waitress to join our team. As a waiter / waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while serving food and beverages to our guests. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for foreigners.

Key Responsibilities : - Greet customers and present menus - Take and serve orders promptly - Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Process payments accurately - Upsell menu items and promote restaurant specials

Requirements : - Prior experience as a waiter / waitress preferred, but not required - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - Customer service oriented with a positive attitude - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle difficult customers with professionalism
