Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales function for building materials across Qatar, driving revenue growth and market share expansion
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives and market potential
Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, contractors, and project stakeholders
Oversee pricing, tendering, and contract negotiation processes to ensure profitability and compliance
Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, project developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Coach and mentor the sales team, fostering accountability, motivation, and professional excellence
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing or related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in the building materials or related manufacturing industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
Strong technical understanding of product applications within construction and infrastructure projects
Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies in the Qatar or broader GCC market
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and key account management skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
Strategic mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and lead high‑performing teams
