We are seeking an experienced
Sales Team Lead
to manage and guide a high-performing sales team focused on financial product offerings. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance while ensuring compliance with banking policies and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback Assist team members during field visits and client meetings Ensure full compliance with internal banking policies and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with internal departments to streamline application processing and approvals Prepare performance reports and contribute to business development strategies Skills
Proven ability to manage, guide, and motivate sales teams in a target-driven environment Skilled in sales planning, performance tracking, and team coaching Strong interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills Knowledge of financial product sales and banking procedures Familiarity with Islamic banking is an advantage Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 5–7 years of experience in banking or financial product sales, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus Location : Qatar; Full-time position Job Details
