Familiarity with energy-saving practices. Knowledge of safety procedures in mechanical systems. Ability to manage multiple maintenance activities. Qatar Driving license – Manual preferred

Job Description
Overview
Mechanical Engineer responsible for maintaining HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems; developing maintenance strategies; and ensuring system performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot issues in chillers, pumps, compressors, and piping.
- Inspect and ensure mechanical system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and codes.
- Monitor spare parts usage and recommend stock levels.
- Provide technical support to supervisors and technicians.
- Prepare reports on breakdowns, downtime, and maintenance KPIs.
- Coordinate with facility management and vendors.
- Recommend upgrades for equipment and systems.
