We are looking for an Admin Coordinator to assist the office administration and the company managers.
The Admin Coordinator should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in an administrative & clerical role.
The Admin Coordinator should be highly organized and perform various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities :
Duties will include, but not limited to :
- Performing administrative and clerical duties.
- Provides high-level administrative support to an assigned executive or director-level employee
- Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
- Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
- Assisting with copying, scanning, emailing, and note-taking.
- Handle and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Maintain and update the filing system, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
- Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and distribution lists to ensure accurate and current information.
Requirements and skills :
Diploma / bachelor’s in business administration or related field.Should speak English fluently; Arabic is an advantage.2-5 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and organizational skills.Have QID.Ready to join immediately.Administrative Assistant- Qatari National
