We are looking for an Admin Coordinator to assist the office administration and the company managers.

The Admin Coordinator should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in an administrative & clerical role.

The Admin Coordinator should be highly organized and perform various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities :

Duties will include, but not limited to :

  • Performing administrative and clerical duties.
  • Provides high-level administrative support to an assigned executive or director-level employee
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
  • Assisting with copying, scanning, emailing, and note-taking.
  • Handle and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update the filing system, ensuring all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
  • Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and distribution lists to ensure accurate and current information.

Requirements and skills :

  • Diploma / bachelor’s in business administration or related field.
  • Should speak English fluently; Arabic is an advantage.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Have QID.
  • Ready to join immediately.
