Project Director that has delivered a Major Airport Terminal , Baggage Handling Facility or Cargo Terminal in the Gulf Region. This Qatari contractor is expecting an imminent award worth 1.6 Billion QAR +

This Business has over 40 Years in the country with a track record on high value , complex and challenging projects. They have delivered high rise towers , research facilities , government projects, hotels , oil +gas , industrial , aviation, commercial , retail & hotels . So pretty much anything within buildings from 300 Million QAR through to 2.9 Billion QAR.

Clear to note they have delivered larger projects in a Joint Venture agreement both in and outside of Doha – Qatar.

This contractor like many works a 6 day working week. They have the sub contract and self-delivery capability on major aspects of their projects. He or she will know the risks, speed bumps and challenges on delivering such a major aviation building.

Do you have the communication skills and experience to avoid disputes , claims and heartache. This client is demanding and will want to see progress but they will be fair as they have cash and really want to ensure a top end project is delivered come November 2026.

• Track record on Major Projects in the GCC for a Tier 1 Main Contractor
• Clear experience within the aviation sector on Building Projects of this scale
• Degree Qualified Civil Engineering / Construction Management – Western University
• Mother tongue is English as 1st Language – Requested by client
• Client facing skills , able to handle meetings and multiple stakeholders
• 17 Years post graduate experience essential
