Overview

HSE Commissioning Specialist We are looking for a skillful specialist with experience in PMC or EPC organization in the field of Refinery / Petrochemical and who have handled business activities related to major projects not less than US Million each. Responsibilities

Provide HSE support services for pre-commissioning, commissioning and operation of mega refinery projects. Serve as an HSE specialist in operating refineries / petrochemical units. Work on Marine and Offshore activities related to Construction / Precomm / Commissioning and Operations. Conduct field HSE surveys and audits, prepare reports and follow up gaps to closure. Manage incident reporting and investigation and HSE statistics reports. Present HSE performance in meetings with commissioning teams and closely monitor refinery project commissioning activities. Advise corrective actions for HSE issues and ensure their implementation with the commissioning team. Qualifications

Four year full time B.S. in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Petrochemicals or Safety Engineering. Experience in PMC or EPC organization in the field of Refinery / Petrochemical and must handle business activities related to major projects not less than US Million each. Strong experience in providing HSE support services for pre-commissioning, commissioning & operation of mega refinery projects. Experience as HSE specialist in operating refineries / petrochemical units. Experience in the field of Marine and Offshore activities with regards to Construction / Precomm / Commissioning and Operations. Experience in conducting field HSE surveys and audits, report preparation and follow-up of gaps to closure. Experience in incident reporting & investigation and HSE statistics reports. Experience in presenting HSE performance in meetings with commissioning teams; close monitoring of refinery project commissioning activities.
