Responsibilities
Report to the HSM or, while he / she is the TCM HSErepresentative at site, and reports to the Site Manager.
Verifies and ensures that all Field activities areperformed according to the TCM HSE policy, the regulations, standardsand procedures, promoting all preventive and corrective action asrequired.
Duties and responsibilities To perform the JobHazardous Analysis (JHA) and participate to the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Verify the adequacy andapplication of the Site HSE plan and all related procedures, to the preparingany revisions.
To update the HSEdocumentation during all the construction phases when deemed necessary.
To check thatsubcontractors perform their activities in accordance with all the HSEapplicable procedures, regulation and standards, promoting all necessaryaction to ensure that the said procedures and regulations are observed.
To organize, plan andparticipate to periodical HSE walk around, inspections and audits on site,prepare all the relevant reports, action plans, verify the follow up and thetimely execution of the corrective action.
To organize, coordinate anddirectly participate in the HSE training activities on site.
To organize and participateto all relevant site HSE Meetings, prepare the relevant MOM.
To cooperate with theclient concerning the issue of any necessary work permits.
To organize in case of workaccidents a full investigation of the event, finalized to the identificationof corrective measure to avoid reoccurrence.
To keep accident records,identifying the areas to which prevention must be addressed.
To perform and or promotethe indoctrination / training of personnel.
Lead and coordinate theactivities off the Site HSE Committee (composed by all contractor andsubcontractors HSE representative).
To lead and coordinate thesite emergency response team and fire prevention / fighting team, organizingtraining and emergency drill mock activities.
To prepare the HSE sectionof the construction monthly progress report and other periodical report.
To prepare and update theSite HSE statistics, verify the performance versus the project and corporateHSE objective, targets and performance indicators.
Propose recovery plan incase of mismatch.

Person Specification Knowledge& Qualifications University degree or diploma in relevant disciplineor equivalent.
Experience Minimum10 years’ experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and / orcommissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petrochemicalindustries focusing inLO-TO coordination.
Relevantexperience in 3 major EPC projects; oil & gas, petrochemical sector.
NEBOSHGC / IGC. Diploma in Safety or any other HSE Certification
