Job Description
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a reliable and organized Storeman to manage inventory and logistics operations for a Facilities Management project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supply chain or logistics and experience in handling materials and equipment within the FM sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of items.
- Issue materials and equipment to FM teams as per project requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests to avoid shortages.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in storage and handling.
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams for timely replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and assist in audits.
- Implement inventory control procedures and optimize storage space.
Prequalification / Certification :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration , or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a Storeman role within the Facilities Management field .Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Basic knowledge of MEP materials and tools is an advantage.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Why choose AtkinsRéalis?
