We are looking for a highly experienced QC Engineer – Welding to join our client’s projects in the Oil & Gas sector . The role requires hands-on experience in refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizer projects, shutdowns / turnarounds, fabrication, erection of storage tanks, piping, and structural steel works .

Location : (To be specified by client)

Experience Required : 10–12 Years (Contracting companies background preferred)

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Certification : CSWIP (Mandatory)

Salary Package : Full package – FAT included

Position Details

Eligibility Criteria

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E / B.Tech).
  • 10–12 years of relevant QC / Welding experience in Oil & Gas projects.
  • Strong background in :

    • Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer Projects

  • Shutdowns & Turnarounds
  • Fabrication & Erection of Storage Tanks, Piping & Structural Steel
  • CSWIP Certification – Mandatory .
  • Proven experience working with contracting companies in the Oil & Gas sector.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor welding quality control systems in line with project specifications.
  • Conduct welding inspections, NDT coordination, and WPS / PQR review .
  • Supervise fabrication and erection of tanks, piping, and structural works.
  • Ensure compliance with international welding codes and standards .
  • Prepare and maintain QA / QC documentation and reports .
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors on welding-related matters.
