Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (All Specialties) to join a reputable healthcare provider in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing teams, providing high-quality patient care, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards and healthcare regulations. This role involves delivering evidence-based nursing practice, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting continuous patient and family education.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the nursing team during assigned shifts to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement appropriate care plans.
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute, chronic, and complex conditions in accordance with QCHP regulations.
- Administer prescribed medications and perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures (e.g., wound dressing, ECG, venoclysis).
- Ensure all medical supplies, drugs, and equipment are adequately maintained and up to date.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records in accordance with facility standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
- Recognize situations requiring immediate medical attention and initiate life-saving measures when necessary.
- Participate in continuous professional development, performance improvement initiatives, and adherence to evidence-based nursing practices.
- Promote patient advocacy and ensure ethical nursing practices in all interactions.
- Support organizational goals by fostering teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication among staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (4 years) — Essential.Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience, including at least 3 years in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting.Proven leadership, assessment, and clinical management skills.Registered Nurse licensed with the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) — Essential.BLS / ILS (Paediatric / Adult) — Essential. ACLS and other advanced clinical certifications — Preferred.Strong knowledge in managing acute and chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, obesity, and wound care.Skilled in patient assessment, prenatal and well-child care, and immunization procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems.Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is preferred.Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional development.Benefits And Perks
