Description Prepare accurate initial cost estimates and budgets for potential fit-out and construction projects.

Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings using both manual and digital methods.

Source and collate material, plant, and labor costs from suppliers and subcontractors.

Develop detailed cost plans and elemental cost breakdowns.

Coordination drawing

Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience (3-5+ years) working as a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor or fit-out specialist in Gulf Area.

Demonstrable experience with interior fit‑out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality) is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of standard forms of construction contracts (e.g., JCT).
