AEP Architect

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEP RT-CDP Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), and expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

The role will be pivotal in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, integrating APIs, and optimizing customer experiences across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and high-performance technical solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and RT-CDP.
• Design, develop, and implement Real-Time CDP solutions focusing on customer data management, segmentation, and audience targeting, ensuring seamless integration with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, and other Adobe solutions.
• Implement Adobe Journey Optimizer for orchestrating personalized customer journeys across various touchpoints.
• Integrate and manage API connections for third-party systems and external applications, ensuring smooth data flows and system interoperability.
• Work with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements, translate them into actionable deliverables, and ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on AEP, RT-CDP, and other Adobe technologies; ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Adobe Experience Platform; optimize the system for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure Adobe Journey Analytics is used effectively to track and optimize customer journey performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Adobe technologies and integrate these into development processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team.
