Salary : QAR 35,000 - 40,000 per month

About the Role

Join a leading international main contractor delivering major infrastructure projects for Ashghal in Qatar. We are hiring a Pavement Specialist with strong expertise in road pavement engineering and management to support high‑profile road projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pavement engineering and pavement management projects.
• Conduct network pavement inventory and condition surveys using automated technologies.
• Handle large‑scale pavement data : management, processing, analysis, quality checks, validation, and reporting.
• Implement and utilize Pavement Management Systems (PMS) for condition indexing as per ASTM D6433 standards.
• Develop rehabilitation strategies, predict pavement performance, and prepare annual M&R and investment plans.
• Perform structural evaluation using Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD), interpret results, and design overlays.
• Assess functional performance including skid resistance and other pavement evaluations.
• Provide technical input on road and pavement construction and materials.
